I had the chance to work with a group of people who were taking part in a job training program through the City of Oakland Private Industry Council (PIC) to learn about the types of information being offered to folks who were interested in looking at a variety of jobs and potentially studying them further.
During these sessions I met a young woman who took part in all the courses and also seemed open to trying a new approach to helping define what she wanted her life to look like in the near future.
La'Tearney and I met over a couple months, an hour or two here and there, to go through my Vision Architecture Workshops starting from Alfa, to Bravo, to Charlie and Delta. She graciously agreed to share her pictures, her workshop drawings, and her experiences so I could share it with other people who may be looking for new approaches to coming up with life plans.
