I conducted all four Vision Architecture workshops, Alfa, Bravo, Charlie and Delta with between 50+ contributors from within the City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation to work on an initiative we called "The Future of LA".
The goals were lofty and focused on reducing congestion, reducing lower life expectancy numbers, and reducing air pollution for the 88 cities that make up "LA" and do this via an incentive program designed to inspire Angelenos to choose different forms of transportation over the next five year.
These were some of the large-scale mind maps from the Bravo workshops and folks checking out what everyone was putting together to tell a new story for how LADOT interacts and collaborates with 16 Million Angelenos.
