While Camille moved into the Charlie workshop, where we map Alfa current state, to Bravo future state scenarios we identify explicit goals and milestones to reach over some period of time defined by Camille, so she is making incremental achievements en route to her future goals.
She knew where she wanted to be in 5 years would take commitment but she was totally into it because she could see and understand each step she came up with that would logically result in her meeting her own goals.
We break our timeline up into three phases that can take any amount of time you like. Three tends to be a reasonable amount of phases to focus on and we also don't make huge lists of things to accomplish in each phase. They should be more like themes around types of activities and head space for what you're thinking about each day during those phases of work and life.
