I refer to the Vision Architecture workshops, particularly Alfa, sometimes feeling like you're looking into a confetti canon, or snow on a TV (an old TV), or at something that has a lot of little pieces that don't look like anything.
Alfa, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta workshops allow you to start connecting the dots in your own ideas, environments, and life experiences that we sometimes get too busy or too focused to see.
You'll find that you have all the answers already. I mean, the workshops and the questions I'll pose it what will help uncover those answers you already have, but, still it's pretty much all you.
We start with Alfa workshops to get an inventory of what's going on today. These will feel like a bunch of little, or big, details that are more snags than smooth processes. A lot of times you may feel frustrated and listing all the things that are slowing you down, but then you'll feel better that you can see them all to start thinking about how to undo the snags, cut bait, or pivot to use them in the future, in a different way that's to your advantage.
Once we have Alfa inventoried, we add in Bravo which is your future state ideas and confetti to the mix. This may seem like you'll get things crossed having everything in the same piles, but you'll be surprised how easy is starts to become pairing up your future with the exact moves you're making every day today, which could just be off by a few minutes or a few details to reach your goals.
Once we have Alfa and Beta organized, that's when we start connecting outlines between the dots. They way these strings come together is always exciting and kind of bizarre because it's like magic. We talk through things to do the math and figure out the big, medium, and small size tasks you can work on to light up your future roadmap.
