As a senior technology advisor, I led an effort to help the portal team quickly investigate presentation layer technologies they could adopt to speed delivery of IT services to business users. This 12-week engagement included educational technology demos, RFP creation for vendors to take part in rapid proofs of concept, vendor product bake-offs, business, and IT process alignment, build vs. buy pros / cons, and final technology recommendations made to the Enterprise Application Strategic Planning and Architecture for purchase.
