This is a simple five-step process I put together to communicate the different types of tasks business users were expected to complete over a specific amount of time. I like to give folks a general ideas of where their thoughts should be each month leading up to large content migrations so each step isn't too burdensome and tasks don't conflict with their regularly scheduled day job activities.
