Facilitate executive strategic roadmap planning for enterprise technology initiatives across 31 unique hotel and gaming destinations globally, including casinos, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment event venues. Focusing on analysis of gaming portfolio projects and enterprise IT operations to reduce attack surfaces, perform risk analysis and mitigation strategies, security and standards audits, and plan for decommissioning of legacy servers and databases.
Analyze IT operations to identify opportunities for efficiency across technical programs, streamline operations such as timesheets, statements of work, and vendor contracts.
Responsibility for communications, SVP-level collaboration, status reporting, maintaining oversight of technical projects, ensuring they are executed within set timelines and budgets while meeting strategic objectives.
