Recruited & Grew High Value Engineering Teams: Collaborated with four engineering cofounders to define desired characteristics and culture for our company engineering community. Led end-to-end recruiting processes, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent. Scouted, acquired, a grew a team of hackers dedicated to breaking the platform and identifying security weaknesses for Engineering Managers to fix before releasing the product to customers. Provided continuous support to foster a strong sense of community and connection within the engineering team.
Elevated Sales Team Performance by identifying and proposing lucrative domain and client sales pipeline opportunities. Played a key role in creating compelling sales pitch decks, coordinated and managed customer sales meetings, travel logistics, and conducted impactful client demos to facilitate successful closure of sales deals.
