I like to put live training sessions together for at least a few weeks leading up to and after launch of new taxonomies.
I record these sessions and post all of them as follow ups to a running list of conversations and other recordings team members may put together covering various aspects of adopting the new taxonomy in their business units.
The Quick Start guides are 1-2 minutes at the most so folks can watch and get up to speed really quickly on small details or brief topics.
