I've found using a combination of email, Teams and/or Slack posts, wikis w/ links, and short-form, 1-2 minute training videos is a successful combination for creating live and async training for folks who will be using new systems once they're launched. Some people really love live training sessions, and some like to keep to themselves and watch 1-2 minute videos over lunch or throughout their day instead of joining more meetings.
Here's a simple message going out on multiple channels inviting folks to join the live training sessions. This same centralized message converts to watch videos once each session has been completed and recorded for future viewing.
